WAWE Course for Judges and Stewards for the working equitation discipline 

The Italian WAWE Organization organizes a course for Working Equitation Judges and Stewards. This will take place in Sardinia at the Horse Country Resort, Arborea from 01st to 03rd of September 2023 and will be held by the International Judge Ms. Claudia Elsner Matos

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND COSTS HOTEL ACCOMMODATION:

- Accommodation in rooms in 4**** hotels. Each room has a private bathroom, TV, heating / air conditioning, hairdryer and minibar.

Net rate in full board: € 74.00 per person per night (10% VAT included)

- Double room for single use supplement: € 18.00 per person per night (10% VAT included)

- Reductions: 3rd/4th bed for children 2/5 years: Free (infant 0/1 year: free in bed with parents). 3rd/4th bed for children 6/11 years: 40% discount. 3rd/4th adult bed: 20% discount.

CONGRESS SERVICES: Ribot room:

- Theater style room with video projector included from 01st to 03rd of September

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT:

- Upon confirmation, 30% of the total of the requested services is required; - Balance 7 days before the start of the event. Cancellations and penalties: In case of cancellation of the event before the client's arrival, the following penalties will be applied:

1. 30% of the total for cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival;

2. 50% of the total for cancellations from 14 to 9 days before arrival;

3. 75% of the total for cancellations from 8 to 4 days before arrival;

4. 100% of the total for cancellations from 3 to 1 days before arrival, in case of NO SHOW Payment for the service can be made by bank transfer, or by issuing withdrawal authorization from credit card.
